This programm logs the parts of programs who register not right to hidden this parts. Some parts I've seen were defined as parts of datebook. ;) Very amusing for me! But the warm reset deactivates this Uninstall Manager and then You loose! An other good idea is using an extended uninstall manager like Uninstall Manager from northglide.
