Apperently, the CNET people got a first look at the HP iPaq hw6900 over at 3GSM. They posted their review of this PocketPC powered phone(it looks somewhat si,ilöar to a Treo, but lacks an antenna and runs Windows Mobile) here:

To be honest, I believe that this is a very bad sign for the PalmOS Treo. Many austrian carriers refuse to carry treos because of the utter lack of BlackBerry support(no joke, heard that more than once). Now, they have an additional alternative to offer to their customers…
