And now, Joi Ito from Japan said that World of Warcraft is a valuable tool for teaching executives about the value of happy employees. He runs a guild of executives, and they have to play together to achieve sth in the world of Warcraft. Joi beleives that the knowledge gained in the guild will then propagate into their daily business operations…
