When I received the Palm Z22, my first impression was: eek, this critter is small! I dare to say that it is the smallest Palm OS handheld ever produced(let’s exclude the Fossil WristPDA for now) – lets look at a few pictures:

These pictures show the Palm Z22 next to a Palm IIIc and a Palm Vii. The Palm Z22 is about as deep as the III series handhelds, but is much smaller:

These pictures show a Palm V and a Palm Tungsten T3. These executive business units were created to be extremely slim; the Palm Z22 indeed is smaller but ‘fatter’:

Last but not least, lets look at the styli. The Palm Z22 stylus is shorter than the others(Palm IIIc, Palm V, Palm Tungsten T3, Palm Tungsten E2) however, it still works very well:

Overall, the Palm Z22 is a very handy machine because of its small size. Carrying it around is much easier than carrying a fully-”grown” IIIc or any of the Palm Tungsten’s(dont even think of some Palm Treos like the 650)! Tune in soon for more information on the Palm Z22’s screen!
