Anyways, I had to go to that shack again today – and was pissed before I even entered. I knew that unlimited annoyance expects me, and thus started lobbying my family to change docs. In fact, today the service was very good, but the bad impression sticks…

So, think about that when pissing a customer off next time. A bad impression sticks much better than a good one….
