When switching ESD’s from the number one aka PalmGear to MobiHand, I originally expected to loose sales(yeah, loose sales – but I wanted to get rid of the PalmGear folks). But the opposite happened and sales stayed the same while customer care got better. Why??

The reason for this is simple. Tamoggemon Software is a small shack that has rather low sales volumes right now. For a big ESD, we are like a millionth of the monthly income…the logic reaction of the employees is scratch my a$$, bro.

For a smaller ESD, however, even a rather small client like Tamoggemon can be interesting(last but not least due to TamsPalm) – and so they invest time and advice into helping you grow along with them.

So, when choosing your partners, biggest and oldest isn’t always best. I was just a number for my former graphics consultant(25 years of experience, like 6 years in university, working for n clients…if she didn’t like and know me, no way to even get an appointment there)…and this is how she treated my orders. A small graphist who has just a single client, on the other hand, will be more than interested to keep you.

Try to find a company that can benefit from your sucess…it pays out big in the long run.

What do you think?
