My only complaint is that the "bookmarks" are a little wacky. They only bookmark the place in a song, not a songlist. I have to agree that the fact that the t600 didn't come with a media player was not good. Also if you register your T600 at palm, you can get a free copy of pTunes 2.x basic and then the upgrade to pTunes 3.x is only like $25.
