Alex Pruss just announced a new feature in Plucker – it allows you to add annotations to Plucker documents. While the feature was in earlier snapshots already, this seems to be the final version of the code. People who created annotations with older versions of Plucker need to create them again…

This is an ALPHA quality release that seems to work ok on my Palm Treo 600. Please tell us if it works on your Palm by leaving a comment!

Anyways, creating annotations works well on my Palm Treo 600. Do the following in order to get annotating:
Get the latest Plucker builds
You can get the latest Plucker snapshots here. I used files from the 13/11, and I archived them at Tamoggemon.com for your convenience:
English viewer
English PPI

Set up the Annotate button
Open the preferences and assign a button to annotation:
setup Plucker annotations

Press the annotation button and click on a word
The following dialog will pop up:
annot Plucker annotations
Enter your annotation into the text field and click ok!

Enjoy the annotation
The annotation will appear as a yellow word. Click on it in order to open the annotation:
annotation Plucker annotations

I think that this feature will be very handy for all e-book aficionados among us – enjoy!
