  1. Well? How is it? I mean performance wise and driver wise? and any clue when the wifi function will be implemented?

    =D

  2. I haven’t tested it. The pictures are from the HacknDev wiki.

  3. Oh sorry, couldnt contain the excitement :-) and Shouldnt ALP come out some time very soon? Anyhoo, these portable linux news are very interesting to me :)

  4. This is (like the t3-port of linux)
still very much work in progress.
    -no wifi
    -no sound
    -no battery-status
    -no suspend/resume
    -problem+workarounds with sd-cards (no mmc)
    It’s just the _first_ we-can-get-it-going
    technical preview.
Performance is promising, but not as
“snappy” as palmos. But it will get better
(as it will on the T3), because nothing is optimized for speed yet.
I hope wifi will be posible, but thats not too soon, months away maybe.

  5. Hi, I have problem with my Tungsten C and linux.
    I find that is possible:
    http://hackndev.com/node/303?from=50&comments_per_page=10

    But I always get this:
… attempting to mount /dev/mmcblk0p1: mounted on /media /mmc1. sourcing linux.boot.cfg: not found. post_module script: not found. no swap specified. mounting rootfs: not a file or a block device. /media/hdd/palmtc_gpe_familiar-v0.8.4_rootfs.ext2 ls: /media/mmc1/gpe*:No such file or direcotry failed! could not mount root fs: init failed! please, reset, check your configuration and retry.

With or without SD card (miniSD 64MB card Nokia)
