MobiHand apparently starts to get a grip on their Paypal problem – here’s the latest of whats coming out of MobiHand’s:

Problems are limited to users located in Germany
MobiHand claims that the problems are limited to transactions from users in Germany. I got a single message from a Palm OS user in another country claiming Paypal issues, but since he didnt reply any more, I can neither confirm(some customers managed to order alright) nor deny(why then this email? scammer?) this.

MobiHand now contacts customers whose transactions failed automatically assisting them to complete the purchase
MobiHand apparently sees when a payment fails, and then sends the user an email explaining what happened and how it can be avoided.

Sales made manually will still get “announced” via a csv file
I use MobiHand’s sales CSV files to update an Excel sheet of customers that I keep on my Palm Tungsten T3. The orders that are accepted manually get confirmed, although at the moment with a delay of about 3 to 4 days!
