When the Palm Treo 755p originally was announced, people asked themselves what burgundy was. TamsPalm offered a link to the color description page on Wikipedia – and Gizmondo now has pictures for your enjoyment:

Too bad Palm doesn’t offer the Treo 680 in this color too – but hey, that’s the business CDMA model, while the Treo 680 is the GSM fun box. Someone at Palm’s apparently thinks that GSM users aren’t professional….

Would you want a “dark red” 680?

P.S. The cases look similar…anyone wanna try a case swap?

  1. I have a feeling that a business GSM model is coming. With Palm getting rights to the PalmOS something has to come of it.

  2. I don’t like that color :S I preffer the gray one :s, ¿why not shiny black?

  3. Hi,
business GSM model will come for sure – but it’s a question if the existing Palm OS economy will still be alive then…

    Best regards
