One of the great things about the Palm OS is the ability to customize the Graphics User Interface, and 3rd party developers have taken full advantage of this. From programs like SkinUI or PalmRevolt, that change buttons, pop-ups, and scrollbars, to something like mySkin/myKbd to totally redesign your statusbar and DIA, and the later even the ability to change the way you input text, to an application like FontSmoother that will change almost any font on your whole device, but is there anything left to customize? Jason Robitaille’s answer to that question would almost certainly be a yes, because he has just released a free application called NetSkinner that can “theme” almost any Palm OS web browser. Literal translation, NetSkinner can change the boring, lackluster, and even sometimes downright gaudy toolbars that come default on palm web browsers. The NetSkinner application itself is available temporarily here, and will be put up on the developers homepage soon. Since this is program has literally just been released, there are very few themes available, but if you use the Blazer Web Browser, I myself, have just released a skin called CrystalBlaze, a port of the popular CryslalFox theme for the FireFox web browser, which is available here
