In the meantime Access is spreading it´s tools, has an SDK ready, first device is scheduled for this month. GOOGLE Androis is also up and running, so it will not be too long for first android-hardware to pop up. I guess, TAMS-palm will extend it´s scope to android and ACCESS linux for palm.
