The days of Palm’s (IMHO excellent) Treo 680 seem to be numbered – Amazon now sells the device for 180€(image below) and even listed it in a recent blow-out newsletter:
I have spoken with a few folks inside Palm’s; many of them feel that the Centro is WAY to small for any serious usage. Nevertheless, it looks like Palm wants to alienate it’s remaining GSM PalmOS customers – should you feel like staying committed to the Palm OS in the future, getting the box now could be a great idea.
