If they had worked on this years ago they would have a market already. It is probably a lot easier to adapt a linux OS for new features than crusty old PalmOS. Linux has existed on PDAs before, so it shouldn't have been that big of a leap that it takes years to get a single phone out, even if its not the best release. When it comes time to get my next phone, I hope there is a decent replacement for my 755p that doesn't run windows. This is what happens when they take so long to put this platform out.
