Apparently, Palm’s SVP of Global Markets has decided that he no longer wants to soil his name with a company that feels running pedicure parties is a suitable way to advertise handhelds.
John Hartnett did the only sensible thing by leaving the orange ship on November the 28th, heading out to greener, saner, safer and more comfortable pastures.

John Hartnett, to provide that upon the termination of Mr. Hartnett’s employment with Palm his vested options will remain exercisable for a period of one (1) year following his date of termination (but in no event later than the expiration of the term of the relevant option).
