So If Sprint argued that it won't come sooner than 6 months that would logically seem like the start of 2010 would be the earliest that Verizon could break the exclusive that Sprint has for the Pre. BTW on Craigslist here in Los Angeles, No Pre is selling for over $1,000. You could get one for $600 though....
