HP / Palm Topaz – specs out

We have heard about Palm’s upcoming Topaz tablet in the past – so far, we didn’t get any specs.

This has now changed, with Reg Hardware contributing the following:

CPU is a 1.2GHz ARM-based boy from Qualcomm, though it is dual core. The tablet’s screen is an iPad-like 9.7in, 1024 x 768 IPS

Memory: 512MB of DDR 2. Storage: 16-64GB of Flash, … 1.3MP front-facing camera

As the device is said to hit the road on the 9th of February, we will know more soon – stay tuned for further info as we get it!
