TamsPalm is powered by the following people:

  • Alexander Gratz (Administrator TamsPalm, TamsPalm-DE)

“I come from Germany; my first Palm was a V in 2004. One year later I got a Tungsten C which I am still using, mainly for management of my appointments and handwritten notes. It is also useful for browsing the Web, reading my mails and chatting, but I use my MDA III for that more and more. I am the administrator of TamsPalm and write mostly news about software or hardware. Sometimes I write reviews about software or handheld accessoires, and, if there are new PDAs, how to rip software off their ROMs ;) . “

  • Oliver Leibenguth (Vice Administrator TamsPalm, TamsPalm-DE)

“I’m Oliver Leibenguth, I come from Germany (from Rhineland-Palatinate) and I’m somehow addicted to Palm and PDAs in general. Right now I’m 36 years old, married (two children), work for a german government agency and have two major hobbies: geocaching and collecting PDAs (I own 56 PDAs with PalmOS and 58 other devices) and PDA-related gadgets. I don’t write that much for Tamspalm, but most of the time I write reviews for stuff Tam asks me to try out - as long as it’s interresting I’m fine with everything :-)”

  • Ryan Rix (Vice Administrator TamsPalm)

“I own a Palm TX, and have a pair of bricked ones sitting in a dumpster outside of Palm’s repair center in Plano. I also owned a z22, but that was destroyed in an unfortunate accident with a metal TX stylus in the z22’s silo (It doesn’t have any protection for the MoBo! Beware!) Anyways, I do some coding, I like to beta test applications, write interesting things for TamsPalm, and, when I don’t have access to my laptop, do everything else imaginable… Incredible device, the TX. I am 16, and live in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.”

  • Brent Chiodo

“I own both a Palm Z22 and a TX, I use the TX exclusively , as the Z22 was more like an introduction into handheld devices. I use the TX for almost everything, from browsing the Web, checking Email, keeping up on Tasks, Memos, Alarms, etc. etc. I’m interested in most areas of the Palm OS, thus I will write about whatever comes to mind, although I have to say I like reviewing software the most.”

  • Simon Kowalewski

“I currently own a Tapwave Zodiac 2 and a Fossil Wrist PDA in addition to some ancient models. I did some Palm development in the past and even got certified as PPCD, but didn’t do any real programming on the
PalmOS the last few years. Generally I’m always looking for nice gadgets and free (as in speach or beer) applications, I don’t use commercial programs apart from my MacBook’s operating system, which is
Mac OS X. I’m 26 years old, still a student (and proud about that) and generally doing a lot of personal development at the moment. I’ve included a Photo Booth photo. ;-)”
